SPOILER!!: Dragons? What dragons? Just looking for marbles is all *whistle*[QUOTE=Holmesian Feline;11730224

Sabel acknowledged the greeting with one of his own. The look on his friend's face was one that sent an eyebrow or two of Simon's own up a little higher in curiousity and concern. So he had seen something, something living, several minutes ago. Did that mean that the other man had been following it? Was that why the auror and the it were now currently in the same corridor with him?

He continued to glance around but his spell turned up nothing other than the reaction it got. There was a new sound and then more scuffling and suddenly he felt it. There was something on his foot...no...wrapped around his ankle and he froze in place. One, because he didn't want whatever it was to get any troublesome ideas and two....so maybe whatever it was could be caught. Because yes...they would be catching it and taking care of it, mainly because he didn't want to be the one to have to explain why he was the one who caused another infestation...of whatever it was.

Simon's eyes flitted up as Sabel awkwardly moved closer to him. Where had he SEEN it?

"Left...foot."

As in he felt more than saw it under his pant leg.

It took Sabel a moment to decipher what his friend meant by left foot. "Merlin's beard, you didn't step on it did you?" Not that it would really matter, but it would be a sore sight for both their eyes.

Squatting, Sabel pointed at Simon's trouser leg. He began pointing and was about to say something before he caught himself. Given Simon's expression and paling complextion, perhaps it was a good idea to tell him what was going on? "Don't worry. It's just a little dragon. Transfigured dragon." Very important point to make. Completely legal.

As long as it didn't get too far.

He finished his pointing. "It shouldn't bite."

But then, it shouldn't have run off either. His fault on that one really. He hadn't been paying close enough attention.
