She stepped back, just in case the owl was going to change it's mind and tried to shake off the thoughts about Vinnie. She mentally thanked Kace for changing the subject. "I used to have an owl...I just like to visit them sometimes. Reminds me of Rocky." She nodded. "Rocky was my owl's name." Yes, Rocky from the movie.
Kace laughed at Isla's humor and he shrugged.
"Yeah a lot of money would be nice but you know what would be even cooler. I think if Owl's could speak back to us that would make my life so much easier.." he grinned and stroked his owl's back. She loved it soo much he saw her eyes closing in pleasure.
"The muggles would go crazy over me?" he asked with a skeptical eyebrow raised. He chuckled and replied
"Nahh I don't think so. I think my girlfriend would be crazy about me first." he winked and joked a little bit.
He saw Isla come up and reach and pet Charlene. She seemed a little timid at first but Charlene loved people she had nothing to worry about.
"See she likes you." he comforted Isla with a warm smile. He saw her step back and Charlene seemed she was begging for more petting and Kace took over. He could tell by Charlene's looks what she wanted and disliked. An Owl named Rocky? He nodded impressed and liked the name. "
Hey that is pretty cool, I am just borrowing my sister's owl for my time at Hogwarts. She used to never like me but I think she has grown on me. She knows I am the only person who can take her to Hogwarts and she can explore open fields. She loves it here." He turned to Charlene and she flew off his shoulder into the sunlight. I guess she was spreading her wings.
"Sooo fancy a walk down to the lake?" he asked.
