As he listened to her explain about Braedon he totally understand. He didn't wanna press it anymore. She seemed uncomfortable anyways. "Well not necessarily aggression I meant to say tension." he shrugged and grinned sheepishly. She asked why he punched him? He scoffed and said, "Well he deserved it. I mean you don't do that to best friends for one thing. Also I was raised differently or have different morals than him I don't know but I thought it deserved a punch. It might have taught him a lesson." As on the topic of Vinnie, he shrugged and said, "I only know her a little bit but how Brae talks about her I feel like I know her." Jeez Brae would not shut up about her sometimes. He zipped his lips and stopped apologizing. She seemed like a tough cookie and could handle anything.
Isla watched in curiosity as Kace talked to his owl, Charlene. She watched the interaction between the two as the owl hooted and then Kace said that she could pet her.
"Do you speak owl or something? Is that possible?" She smiled, uncertain of actually wanting to pet the owl now. She rose her hand out to pet it, but gave him a questioning look before she would continue. It could have just been a mere coincidence that the owl hooted at the exact same time he asked the owl a question and for all she knew the owl could attack her. Okay she might be over thinking this...
"Tension is right." She said, shaking her head at all of it. It was overwhelming really. Wait...best friends? She blinked. They weren't best friends, they had only just met! She wouldn't question it though but she was definitely curious as to what he meant.
"I understand that. My brother used to talk about this girl he liked all the time and I felt like I really knew her. But yeah...Vinnie. She's...nice." She nodded. Awkward.
