He had been lost in thought, thoughts about how his life had turned a 180 in the past few years and now he was sitting at a desk more instead of in Knockturn Alley being cursed for finding out things he shouldn't be. Some of that was a good thing, but if he was honest with himself he was growing rather bored of the nothing ever exciting happening ministry. He even resorted to quidditch articles, something he never thought he could see himself doing. Though he did find that he didn't mind them as much as he originally thought he would. Mariel got to him in that way, he knew it was her fault.
His thoughts being distracted he looked up, "Tori" He gave a signature smirk, but then noticed she was with someone. Hmm possibly someone for her advice column or maybe she had taken over the bachelor of the month. He didn't know if he'd seen that up for awhile, which he felt was a good thing. He always found them rather odd. People putting their names in to find a date. He was glad to never have had that problem. "Hello" He glanced again at the guest, not wanting to be rude.
Thought did he need to be? He watched the two before glancing back at his work. He'd keep an eye on them a bit, if Tori seemed uncomfortable he'd help get her out of the situation.
