"Well the Professor didn't say we had to so I'll leave it for now." Hady responded simply. If she had to wrap up Brooklyn's arms and legs she was sure the Professor would tell her to do so. Until then why make her partner anymore uncomfortable then necessary?
The smirk hadn’t been missed, no matter how much it looked as if Brooklyn had been occupied with popping the bubbles near the top of her bubble wrap burrito. It was tempting, so there. It wasn’t as if that little row or two of bubbles was going to mean the difference between getting through the activity safely or not. She could take care of herself, and she also knew Hady wouldn’t intentionally let her get hurt. She trusted her that much, anyway, and besides, like she’d said, they hadn’t been told that her arms and legs needed wrapping. No need to do more than was required, unless it meant earning more points. And she doubted wrapping her arms and legs in bubble wrap would equal more points for Slytherin.

She’d looked up as the professor had spoken, however. So they were racing, sort of. She could do that. Except she hadn’t actually tried to walk as of yet, after being wrapped up. People had started heading for the lanes, though, so she’d abandoned her idle popping to watch as one after the other had seemed to face one obstacle or another. After another moment, she’d glanced at Hady again. “Ready?” With no other warning, she took her first step toward an open lane, glaring down at the floor as the bubble wrap in fact did hinder the movement a little. Not enough to stop her, or even to make her fall over, but she was definitely going to need her postgirl if she was going to get delivered safely.
