"Ready," she said, pinning her arms to her sides. If she wrote home about this, she could see her family's reactions already. Milton would laugh, mum would say she was 'happy to see Evie having so much fun', and dad would continue to wonder what was wrong with public education.
Caleb had to admit, that got a chuckle out of him. "Sorry, I have trouble trying to get super psyched about this," he explained with shrug. Although so far, the new professor was turning out to be pretty good...but then again, Hadley had had them make pizza once. It was hard to beat pizza.

Grinning, he jokingly starting bouncing from one foot to the next. "Alright, let's DO THIS!" he exclaimed enthusiastically. She said to look more alive, yes?! He got two pieces of spell-o-tape to fasten the bubble wrap to her robes, and then started running around her. No, actually, that was exhausting and made him dizzy. So he stopped and just walked instead until all the bubble wrap was used. As instructed, he'd kept the bubble wrap confined to her upper body down to her upper legs so she could walk and talk and whatnot. He took another piece of tape and fastened the last end and viola! He had an Evie all ready to mail!
