He stepped up to the front when everyone was instructed to, craning his neck around to look for someone to pair up with who wasn't already with someone else. Ruby trusted pretty much NOBODY lets face it. She did do a bit of a sideways look at Zahra and Grayson when they partnered up
and maybe invented a tiny bit of a worst case scenario in her head for a second there, but she bit her lip and relaxed some when she saw Zahra's giggle fit.

Yeah that would be Ruby's fault. Zahra was totally in the know with some veeeery particular Grayson-related information and some of his... preferences.
But she had to find a partner herself...
