For someone that really loves school and nearly all the classes that Hogwarts has to offer there was something about Arithmancy that Emmylou didn't really understand at all. Didn't understand it and when she thought she had understood it she would get even more confused but she had to attend the lesson and she wasn't going to give up on trying to figure this class out.

She saw the professor and gave her a little wave. "Good Morning Professor." Emmylou beamed.

The fifth year walked into the classroom and took a slip of paper to write her name and birthday on here. Maybe this new Arithmancy professor would help her understand the subject better. Maybe. Hopefully. Emmylou's goal was to figure this class out before her seventh year and the way things were going right now with this subject she knew that she was a lost cause.
