Isla continued giving the owls some treats when someone had said her name asking about Braedon. Her eyes widened and she turned to see a blonde boy. "Yeah I'm Isla and yes unfortunately I do know your cousin." She crossed her arms. "Who are you, by the way?" She asked, putting the bag of treats down and walking over to where he was.
Kace chuckled and thought it was typical. I mean people had the misfortune to meet him. He could be bloody idiotic sometimes.
"Yeah I get that a lot." Nothing personal but people used to always prefer Braedon than him but now karma turned around and now Kace has a stable relationship and he screwed up his chance.
"I am Kace." he nodded introducing.
"Sorry to touch up on a sensitive subject." he added in.
He went over to his owl to attach the letter. He needed to tell his mom the exciting news.
