"Yeah, it'll be great to see them. AND Tag!" Enthusiastic nodding was happening because this Seeker missed that blonde Leprechaun.
"I... but... Ells! What if I want to be manly?" he asked, wrinkling his nose at her. It could happen, right? And it could work better than the 'being cool' thing he'd wanted to be back when he was thirteen/fourteen. "And... you think my dancing is cute?!"
The music started playing, though, and that was his cue to turn his attention towards the man on the stage. Timofey, yeah? He really could sing well and play that piano well. The man was in awe, especially since he couldn't sing a tune and the piano looked complicated to him. He could, however, appreciate the song, which was what he was doing as he listened along to the musician.
... Oh! The song was over? Shame. Grinning, he started clapping and cheering loudly before screaming along with the others, "YEAAAAAAH! WOOOOOOO!" More, please! Alec then turned his attention towards the Ellaphant, even leaning closer so that she could hear him better above the noise of the crowd. "He really is! Must be scary to be the opening act."
That was
so not fair, Summers! Ella could feel her cheeks burning and she brought her hands up to cover them because blushing and nope, no thank you.
"Not true! I mean, I just think..." Well she didn't know how to explain it without turning completely red, okay?
"So...ice cream is nice." Look at them, falling into their old rhythm.
"I've got good ones." Brothers, she meant.
"Got myself a great boyfriend too. Have you met him? Really tall quidditch star with excellent hair, he is." She grinned up at him, hoping for a kiss. Perfectly good lips here and all. Compliments always helped too.
"Bet Tag misses you." Lots, probably. They were two fish in the same duck filled pond.
She had
all kinds of comments about his dancing and his manliness, all of which could be discussed later because music! She did give him a big smile, though. Winked too. He
had to know deep down that his dancing with cute. He just did. Even the guy from the tasting they went to in Italy knew! At least she
assumed he did. Went a bit fuzzy during that particular portion of the trip.
Someone was enthusiastic and Ella took a moment to just watch Alec enjoying himself. It was nice, seeing him happy. He deserved it, especially because she could be...yeah. Anyway, this was good.
"The scariest! I couldn't do it!" Ella stood on her tippy toes and took advantage of the leaning, planting a kiss on his cheek. Next song would be starting soon, yeah? Hopefully it was a good one.
