Eden, was, of course, ignoring Phoenix. Okay. So maybe she had waved to him on the way here...BUT STILL. She was...she was not sure if she was upset with him...or what.

But whatever he had said to Clara had DEEPLY affected her best friend, and she SIIIIGHED as she had left her back at the table to come see some of her...slithery friends over here. Snake friends were....the best. Dead loyal, they were...mhmm. Regardless of their REPUTATIONS Eden enjoyed them. Yes. And MUCH less complicated than....*SQUINTS* Gryffindors.

"Hey, Rubes--" she said as she plopped down and shot a wave at Grayson. "And Gray--" he got a nod too. YEP YEP. "How's it going, though?" she asked Ruby, fluttering her eyelashes in a SIGNIFICANT way...like...you know..THINGS, RUBY.

She also smiled VERY nicely to the little snake because she was cute and had freckles and Eden liked the cute younger students. Like Maddie. OOOF Maddie. She was adorably wise.
