She left her parchment in her bag for now, but she wanted to pull it out if notes were needed. She didn't want to forget anything that was talked about and she was wanting to really figure out what she could really help with in this department.

"I don't mind at all," Harmony said kindly as she took the woman's hand in her own. She squeezed it twice in an attempt to get a feel for the vibes the woman was giving off and then let go, a small smile playing on her lips. "Please call me Harmony, Victoria." First names fostered a sense of friendship and comfort. The red head preffered things that way. "And please, take a seat." Because the department head was certainly going to do the same.

"So tell me, what would you like to discuss?"
