Zhenya put one end of the extendable ears into her own ear and discretely left the other end near a classmate. She had a listen to everything they were saying, but feeling a bit guilty, like she was eavesdropping, she retrieved it and took it back to her desk to have a look at it. She was surprised at just how clearly she could hear them. It was as if they were sitting right next to her, having the conversation. They weren't though, they were a few rows back! She wrote down what she thought about the extendable ears. They were small enough to take with her wherever she wanted to go. They were very easy to use, and could be quite helpful. She wouldn't go eavesdropping on her parents over anything important, but say she was in the MLE and had to bust a criminal.
