Ah. Runes. It was a testy subject, this one.
Zander actually wasn't sure how he felt about it. It wasn't as straining as Arithmancy. Not as taxing on the magic front as Defence Against the Dark Arts. It fell kind of in between on the scale. The scale of subjects that he was absolutely miserable at. So like on a scale of 1-10, 1 being terrible and 10 being the worst ever in the entire universe, Zander was like a 6.5 at Runes. A solid 6.5 and sometimes 6.5andthreequartersofahundreth.
So, he walked in exactly how you'd imagine someone who was a 6.5andthreequartersofahundreth in this subject would walk in. Like normal really. Looking around he noticed how a lot of the seats were starting to be filled, so without wasting any time he greeted the Professor with a quick, "Hello," and ran off to find his assigned seat.
You'd think that after being in the same assigned seat for almost a whole term, he'd actually remember where it was. Nope.
