Pietra gathered up as many of the pencils into her hand as she could, and then she held open both of her hands so that the boy could deposit the rest of the pencils into them. At his suggestion, she smiled, letting some of the blush and embarrassment go away just a bit. If he was going to say something mean to her, he would have already said it, so that was comforting. "That was my plan. There's lots more room in the dorm to spread things out." As opposed to the limited space where the windows were.

"Oh. Paris. That's a nice name." It reminded her of her cousin who was named after Rome. She always thought names like that were fun. She smiled again, "I'm Pietra." Yeah. Like pie. Now she was hungry.
