A path is not simply for walking, its purpose lies in moving forward and improving oneself.

Almost like she had been performing in one of her shows.. but different somehow. It was all so strange and she was worried that she had done something wrong or hurtful in her fuzzy state. She knew she never would intentionally, but after speaking with Cassie and one memory sticking out in her mind, she wasn't so sure she hadn't.

The History of Magic professor decided she needed to step out of her office and get a feel from the students or maybe just go about as normal, but she had this odd urge that she needed to be higher up in the castle than the firs floor. She had her tap shoes on, but, unusually, the urge to tap dance through the corridors did not strike her today. Still, the shoes made a soft, satisfying click-clack against the stone floor for her ears as she walked. And she carried a history book under her arm to gather a few more ideas for class. She hadn't read this one in a while and perhaps something in there would strike her as interesting or creative for a lesson.

Finding herself on the fifth floor, she noticed two things a bit further down the corridor as she walked. A bench and a student. Well, the bench would be perfect for sitting and reading, and perhaps she could have a bit of conversation with the student as well. It took her a few more steps towards him before Nessa recognized who the student was. "Well, hello, Kevin!" she said brightly, giving him a friendly smile. "Good book?" she tilted her head a bit to try to catch a glimpse of the title, then took a seat on the bench, her ankle just inches from the unseen fishing line. "I was planning on doing a bit of reading myself.."
The click-clack sound was the first thing he heard and he knew that someone was walking through the corridor. He looked up from his book and realised that it was not a student but the History Professor. Well, this was going to be interesting. He tried to hide his grin as he looked back down at his book, pretending to read and that he wasn't paying attention. Until she said his name and he couldn't avoid pretending anymore. "'Sup" he said. What book he was reading? eeeeeh...he had no idea. The book was even upside down now that he really looked at it. "Just...reading some for defence class" he said eventhough the books cover said that it was a transfiguration book but whatever. He then looked at her book and tried not to roll his eyes. "You read for fun?" he made a face like he smelled something disgusting.

And then she stepped closer to the fishing line. His eyes twinkled brightly, he was biting his lower lip to not grin and then....she sat down on the bench.
..............YA! this was no fun. He closed his book and looked at her. He needed to get her to walk further through the corridor. But how? woah wait a second! He narrowed his eyes suspiciously at her and raised an eyebrow. "You're friendly ...to me.." he stated. WEIRD.
