Why hadn’t Lena taken care of them today? Right, because she was being annoying and visiting her boyfriend.

Thank god for cousins, without them she would have looked like a mess a mess that looked as if she had a kid when she didn’t…luckily.

She walked up to the door, clasped her knuckles and thought about knocking but didn’t. Breathe girl. She thought and stood there not wobbling in her recently stabilized shoes. One. Two. YOU HAVE TO KNOCK KYLE...she winced and knocked on the door finally. One tiny, very miss-able knock.
He has got a couple of things in his mind that morning. One was the unexpected discovery of a Black Market for Brooms in one of his travels in Russia, and the other one was the unfinished broom design he started a couple of years back prior to his solo travels. Paxton reached for his cup of coffee from his table while his other hand was about to gently rub the shiny metal body of his motorbike when he heard a knock.

Ah well. There goes his first visitor. Paxton threw the rag on the floor, got up and reached for his door. Merlin. His employees must be eager to start work, eh? The department head slowly opened the door and peeked at the person who knocked. “Oh. Good morning, Ms. Tanner.” Paxton grinned at his employee as he fully opened the door for her. “Please come in, I just brewed some coffee.” Surely, she'd sit down and have a cup of coffee with him, yes?

Was she okay, though? She’s not…scared of him, right?

Enzo walked to the department that only had openings left so they threw him in. He didn't like this. He didn't know dirt about this department. He would have to speak to the people higher up to figure out what had happened.

Enzo sighed as he got to work thirty minutes early. What was wrong with him? He didn't care about this job, he only cared about Quidditch mostly. Well he cared about more than that but he didn't care about this department. The twenty-nine year old didn't know what he had to do for his job so what was better than going in and greeting his boss at this early hour.

Lorenzo knocked on the three times and waited for it to open.
Paxton got up from his messy table and summoned his Yajirushi Broom. Yamamoto-san was kind enough to give it as a parting gift to him when he helped the Japanese man learn bits and pieces of broom design. Paxton positioned himself and gently kicked the ground so that he was hovering a few inches from the ground. Yajirushi brooms are very delicate and sensitive to touch, that’s why he’s in love with it. If only he could tweak it a little more to make it into a luxury broom instead of a racing one…

Thoughts…theories…spells…Paxton’s thoughts were broken when he heard a knock on his door. He looked at the threshold wondering who it was. Sighing, he directed his broom to go down, and he swiftly dismounted it. Carrying his broom still, he went for his door and opened it to see…ah yes. The moody kid. “Enzo…” Well, he didn’t expect to get a visit from him. What did the dude want? Was he going to resign already? Paxton waved the thought off and fully opened the door for him. “Come in.” Paxton grinned as he left the door open and made his way towards the center of his office. “What do you think about this Japanese made broom?” He might as well ask right away than bore the kid with salutations and what not, right?

So making his way down from MLE, the auror turned security man stopped first at Magical Transportation, an area he was careful about knowing an employee or two there that could make things awkward. With no sight of Kyle, Simon slipped through the department with a watchful eye for job and personal reasons, finally stopping at the department head's office. A place he had been in the year before with talk of security for the expo. He knocked politely a couple of times before stepping back to await a response.
Well…today must be Visit-A-Department-Head-Day? Paxton looked up from his messy table full of memos and notices and towards his door. It was nearly mid-day, and he still got…visitors? Well, probably one of his staff members would like to see him and seek his opinion about…well, Transportation stuff. Paxton got his wand, flicked his wrist, and the door opened. “Come in.” The Department Head craned his neck and saw…a young man. And he’s not from his Department. “Hello there. Can I help you Mister…?” Right, he’s not an intruder of some sort, yes? Paxton’s mind flipped through the different divisions of the Ministry and tried to hazard a guess as to where that young fellow belonged.
