Keeping up with this act of pretending to see something in the mirror was a LOT more fun than trying to channel his Inner Eye to see something else. He had half a mind to glance over at the Professor to see if she was looking in their direction but something told him that that would just give this whole thing away. He also wanted to laugh at Lex's suggestions because LOL, they were amusing! MAN. Was she secretly an actress or what? Was that how she paid for all the candy he was sure she had on a daily basis?

Acting. Right. "NOOOOOOOOOO! No no NO! Not the CLAWS! Queeeeeeeen! Get up and run as FAST AS YOU CAN!" he yelled frantically at the mirror which showed him just how ridiculous his facial expression was. For once, he didn't even mind because this was what him and Lex DID. Ancient Runes, you know. Last year. Throwing vases at each other had been a lot more fun and so was this!

And then he was being pulled away.

Letting himself be pulled, Grayson followed Lex over towards......... some kids? Younger kids? A Gryffindor (Zeke) and a Hufflepuff (Norah). Should he ask? Probably not. It would ruin this whole look they were putting on.

Instead, he looked into the mirror of the young boy and GASPED. "They look like they're SAVAGE! As if they're getting their revenge! Do you think someone set it after you, Queen? Do you have any enemies?" More wide eyed looks and clutching of his heart. "Oh NO! No NO, Queen! They're going to claw at you! You can't use a meaningless twig from the ground to defend yourself! You need something ELSE!"

Merlin, this was hard.

"You need some help, oh mighty Queen! Get up and RUN OTHERWISE THEY'LL TAKE OVER YOUR KINGDOM!"

And then they were joined by the kid he'd met at the treehouse (Ian). He had a strong urge to smirk but had to resist himself. Oh, this was gonna be gooooooood. Uh huh!
