Anise entered the room and looked around to find it amusing. He is searching for a place to sit. Finally he found a place near the canter of the common room and joined the small group of students. He was not sure what to speak or how to start as he is a first year.
Thornton shuffled in and dropped his bag on the floor, not really paying attention to anyone in the common room. Flopping down beside his bag, he put his arms up over his head as he stared at the ceiling.
Seeing another firstie, he waved.
"Hey," he said simply. "How has your day been?" Thornton's day had been.. busy. Exhausting. Did everyone feel that way? Or was it just him?
