Oh. Just walking down the street was a little boring, but it probably meant Maddie was embarrassed by her. Dot shoved her mittened hands into her pockets and slumped out into the middle of the street. She could lead, sure, but she wasn't gonna be a ninja anymore. It was embarrassing.

"I'm going to buy some candy for Dima. Maybe we can go in together and get something for him and Ky to share?" Dot kicked up some slush with one of her boots, but she didn't stomp it flat like she wanted. Just walkin' here.
