"Nah, mine's over there," he pointed over at the bed Kevin was first sitting on. ..... Then whose pillow was the one Kevin made disappear? "Oh, that's Chance's I think...." WHOOPS. Meh, Zander didn't really know the kid all that well. If it was Bart's pillow then they may have had a problem. But eh, Chance probably wouldn't even notice. And if he did, WELL Zander and Kevin were never here. Nope. There was no proof, well, except for the egg goop on the ground, but they'd clean that up eventually right?

Watching Kevin lean against the door, Zander got down too and sat across from him. Just as Kevin asked the next question, Zander swept some of his gooey fringe over so that it was out of his eyes. Right, about the detention. He couldn't tell Kevin that it was a not-really-detention 'detention'. For once, Kevin had actually looked proud of him. "Well uh... No?" He didn't have to clean the classroom. Actually, he didn't really have to do anything? "You know how that kid blew up the potion at the end of class?!" Where was Zander even going with this? He had no clue. "I think he was really mad about that, so he wasn't really that focused on my detention."[/COLOR]

"Do you know how to vanish egg yolk?" he asked. Was it just the vanishing spell or not? He looked at Zander expectantly and waited for his answer while wiping some of the yolk off of his cheek. "You know, i heard that egg yolk is good for the skin" his mother had told him that once and strangely enough, he remembered.

At his suggestion of throwing eggs at Professor Walton, the Gryffindor looked up in surprise and then grinned. "Ah yes. He's not as beautiful as Bentley huh?" he joked, knowing he would hit a nerve. "But i'm all up for it, you know me" he grinned some more and then when Zander began to talk about his detention (he completely ignored the pillow talk because it wasn't either his nor Zander's pillow so he didn't care) and when he was finished , Kevin had the feeling he was leaving something out.

He gave that look that said that he didn't fully believe him. "Okay, that's weird..." he continued to glance at him but then shrugged his shoulders. "Maybe you're just...lucky? But what did you do anyways? i mean, to get Culloden to give you detention for nothing and all..." He folded his arms over each other. "You're not leaving until you speak the truth, young man" he said, in his most girl like voice he could put on.

Speaking about the man, Kevin decided to tell his friend about the meetings. "I'm uh..i'm actually going to have meetings with Culloden in the Room of Requirement. He said he wanted to help me out with my future potions career" yeah, that guy. The one who he never got along with was actually helping him out. "SO!" He turned to Zander, leaned forward and grabbed his shoulders, staring right in to his eyes. His own mismatched colored eyes stared at him intently. "This means that if you haven't seen me in over 24 hours you better come and check the room!" he shook him slightly and then released him.

"Oh...by the way, i've been meaning to ask something..." There was a sudden change in Kevin's attitude and he looked down at his lap for a moment. He had been wondering ever since he disgussed his friendship with the Head of House. "Why are you my friend?" he asked after a deep breath. "I mean...i was rude to you so many times and still you hang out with me...why?"
