Or there wasn't going to be some mass outbreak, but she had her wand, even though use of magic on a student as punishment was pretty much forbidden.

Nervously, she finally spoke up. "Come in, please." she called out, remaining in the seat next to Ian, as she positioned the other empty chair carefully on her other side - across from Ian.
