Caleb could not actually remember attending charms class, and it was scaring him. He had homework, however, and just because he didn't remember the actual class didn't mean he couldn't do the homework, right?
Caleb's whole approach to this whole 'not-remembering-a-month-of-my-life' thing was to just...ignore it and keep quiet. Things would get back to normal, right? Since then...do lapses in memory. It was all so very odd but he couldn't keep focusing on it, he'd go mad!
Camera in tow, Caleb sat down at his table and then aimed his camera for the candles floating about the Slytherin table. Once he had his picture, he grabbed his wand out of his bag, cleared his throat, and pointed at the picture.
"Alacer!" he exclaimed, tapping the picture as he did so. The only reason he knew to do this was from watching other Slytherins do their homework in the common room, since he had no memory of learning the charm...but apparently it worked! There was his moving picture. Success!
