That was what asking Kace to assist her with the homework was. Of course, at the time, the Astronomy incident had not yet happened and he'd just been someone who hadn't been claimed and didn't seem annoying. That opinion had obviously changed now. Unfortunately, she wasn't one to back out of a deal ... or plan ..... or whatever this was. So, here she was.

There didn't appear to be too many people around and they were fairly spread out ..... a positive; that would make the situation slightly more bearable. Then there was Kace, there to make it unbearable. She greeted him with a scowl, noting that he was reading over notes - presumably about the salamanders or the spell. Clara was already well read up on them, as well as the spell that they'd need to use to freeze them. She was ready when he was. "Ready?" She snapped the question, taking out her wand, resisting the urge to spin it because ... that would definitely not end well.
