Layla had actually enjoyed potions quite a lot last time so she had reasonably high expectations for the coming lesson. But those expectations had vanished the minute she saw there were no cauldron stands and the classroom looked oddly empty. This was potions right?
The blonde entered the room with a split second confused frown on her face before making her way over to an empty desk. On the other side of the classroom from Eden in case anything went wrong. She didn't trust her fellow Ravenclaw's skills after the events of the last lesson, girl could've blown the place up with her faulty potion.
"Hello Professor" she glanced quickly at him before settling into the cushioned seat. "Did you decide we ain't good enough for brewin' or somethin'?" she asked half jokingly. But seriously? Did he not trust them?
Wouldn't blame him.
