Dot's handle on superheroes was limited, but she knew how to do research and she knew how to make clothes out of other clothes. It actually wasn't very hard to turn one of her old dresses into a nifty little Batgirl costume, complete with bat emblem on it. She even got to wear her hair down, red curls spilling from her cowl, since it wasn't dead giveaway hair with this costume.
Batgirl in a Cowl. And Cape. Rawr. Or no... what sound did bats make? Screechy screechy?
She posed dramatically after climbing the treehouse ladder. "This city needs a... birthday boy hero." Hand on hips, feet planted, chin up. Screechy screechy!
