Toby's chocolate frog was still sat, unopened, on his desk, right next to the parchment he was diligently writing notes on. Still every now and then he would look up, distracted, and glance at a few particular people in the class, but as Tobias was sort of generally always a very distracted kid, it probably didn't seem all that unusual.

At the question, he raised his hand again.

"It's generally the type of witch or wizard that people want their kids to look up to, and use as role models. People who are inspirational in a good way, and have helped, like... further our society." But Toby didn't elaborate on what else constituted as 'good', as he felt that was kind of obvious.
