 ♥♥ Charmed One ♥♥ Queen of the North♥♥
Darius pace slowed the closer her got to the one class he was dreading more than all others. Sadly he didn't know much about the history of the magical world and he wasn't looking forward to looking like a complete dunce. When the music reached his ears he stalled even more. Had he somehow stepped into a time loop and had gone back in time because the music reminded him of elementary school music class. A part of him wondered if he had taken a wrong turn somewhere and this wasn't the right classroom. It wouldn't have been the first time he gotten lost, but glimpsing other student head inside he was sure it had to be the right place. One thing for certain he wasn't thinking about looking stupid anymore with how some people were entering the classroom. When he read the sign on the door things became a lot clearer.
'Make an Entrance.'
Really? Are you serious? What kind of entrance could one possible make to music like this. There was no way he was going to sing or dance to music like this. Ignore it and just take a seat. The little voice inside told him, but as silly as this was it did seem kind of interesting. It seemed like a very interesting ice breaker to get students too possible loosen up to prepare for a very boring lecture on history.
Maybe dancing wasn't such a bad idea and no he wasn't about to enter doing some twinkle toe ballerina type of stuff, but he did know a bit of tap dancing. Darius tapped his feet a few time just to hear the sound that it would make on the floor and how loud that way it could be heard in between certain breaks in the lyrics of the song. The slow pace of the song certainly didn't make it easy, but something was better than not doing what the Professor asked. "Well here goes nothing."
The tap of his feet was just loud enough for everyone to hear, but a much slower tempo than the usual up beat tempo of tap dancing.
Tap... tap... tap... tap... clap
Tatap... tap tap..
And so that was how Darius go to his seat, tapping his feet to the beat of this crazy happiness song. "Hello Professor." He greeted as he passed; occasionally throwing in a clap and one turn just before he reached his seat and sat down.
