Sitting herself down on the bed first Hady then reached for her kitten but she didn't have to for the moment she had sat the small calico crept up onto her lap. Hagan (the kitten) padded in a circle before settling down in a small ball of fur in the center of her lap.
Chewing her lip to keep from giggling she silently smoothed her kittens fur wondering how her snake back home was doing. She'd have to owl her parents and ask about him, she knew he wasn't good around others. Pushing the thought to the back of her mind Hady lifted her head just to catch Maggie looking at her.
For a moment she didn't say anything as she heard the girl (Maggie) speaking but she wasn't fully sure if she'd be talking to her or the other girl in the room still. Sighing softly she tilted her head just slightly to the side in a poor attempt to get her hair out of her face and offered a small. "Hmm?" In question. She hoped it would make the girl ask again if she had been talking to her or at least sound like she might have been interacting with her kitten if she hadn't been.
Right now she just didn't want to make a mess of things and look stupid already. |
