So there was a reason why he was here, other than the fact that the Treehouse was one of the absolute best places at Hogwarts!! Normally he preferred to come up alone, but today was a little different. Literally. Because he was here with his little lion friend. Okay no that sounded wrong. Leo's like... three? maybe four? years younger than him. No okay. He was here with the guy that he promised to show around. As he approached the treehouse, he looked back to make sure Leo was still following along. "So this is it. My favorite place in the entire school... I reckon if you're going to get to know Hogwarts.. You might as well know the best parts?," he smiled a little. The lake was tied for favorite, but the treehouse just seemed like the better place to show Leo first. Treehouses are exciting and adventurous and if that didn't scream Gryffindor then what did?!
"It's a great place to have some fun in the middle of a rough week in potions," okay none of this was rehearsed by the way. Totally on a whim here. "And uhm. Some people think it's kind of lame... But I, I really like to come up here and think about things you know?" And at that he pointed to the ladder. "Do you wanna go up?" It was even cooler from up in the trees.
That's a promise.
