Sophie halfway listened to the 'proud moments' from the Snap Cup. Some girl had wrote about expressing herself through what she wore. Sophie guessed it was that new girl who got into it with Bellaire at the house table. Meh. Then there were a few random ones, and they were officially starting.

Okay, so crystal balls. Sophie had no idea what that form of Divination was called. She just knew you looked into the crystal ball and saw some prediction of your future. Honesty was the best policy, right?

She raised her hand. "I have no idea," she said, "but I know how it works." -.- Lame, but that was all she had. She didn't explain how it worked, because she thought that might be the next thing out the professor's mouth.
