It wasn't until the last of her patience had been tried that the persons in front finally squeezed their way out at which point she drew her wand and with a lazy flick got her trunk levitating over to the far corner in between two larger trunks. What people saw so important to drag along to Hogwarts, requiring them to need such large trunks she would never know and she would never think to ask either.

With the trunk gone she spun, intent on either stopping by the Prefect Compartment just to have a look or not being bothered with any of it and simply finding Lottie. She'd take her bestfriend, yes--

"Hmm?" Turning, she'd almost knocked into a little person. Ooo, she happened to like those. "The trunk? Sure thing." Lex took a step back then with another flick of her wand she had the trunk going up and up and up til it hit the shelf in question. "There. Anything else before I become incredibly hard to find?" Because yes, she DID plan to make herself scarce this trip, just in case someone needed a Head Girl.
