"It's a stress related illness, you see, so you'll of course be required to attend the seminar being hosted." And he would love knitting so much afterwards that he'd make it a hobby. She could see it now.
And there he went again mumbling little things to himself. Sigh. This one would need a lot of help. Ravaora walked to the door and held it open for him. "It's all for your own good, I trust you understand this." Simon noticed that his inquiry had gotten the most positive response than anything else he had said throughout the questioning and check-up. Feigned interest beat honesty. Now that was a sign of more bad news then the healer being two specimen cups short of a lab tray as it appeared to the auror. He wasn't even going to get started on her calling him, 'her love'.
It was probably a good thing the healer didn't know he had a workaholic streak in him. That truly relaxing had often required others pulling him into something fun, at least before Angelina. Now...Simon wasn't quite as bad. Yet still, to diagnose someone from the ministry with 'stress-related' illnesses, it was likely to turn out with an avalanche of cases. Both it and Mungos were some of the craziest jobs in the wizarding world. "If you say so..." he said, giving her a nonsense response even though he wasn't buying any of it. Simon was glad however to see her holding a door open for him. A sure sign of escape. "Good day then," he added, moving to take his leave. |
