But now was the right time and he glanced away having given Mel the note. These were tense moments while he waited for her to say or do anything. Honestly, he was kinda ready for a slap, so when she said his name and he glanced over and saw the shock, Bryant really didn't know what to think. It wasn't until she blushed and handed back the note with a small yes on it that he relaxed a bit. She said yes! "Really?" He asked with a little hesitation just to make sure. Then after glancing around the room to make sure nobody was in the area, he leaned over to plant a little kiss on Mel's cheek. He could do that now, right? Since they were dating? She wouldn't hit him now.... or so he hoped.
Melek shrugged and looked at Bryant, "Who knows..." She nodded, "Yeah, they cant send us home yet... but what if we cant get out for summer?" Worry showed on her face and she pouted. Mel glanced away and shivered, rubbing her arms. Melek was freezing and so she dug around in her bag, trying to see if she had packed a blanket. She sighed slightly as she realized that she didnt pack one but shrugged it off. Mel glanced over at Bryant to focus on him and not the cold. A slight smile came to her lips.
Melek nodded and smiled at him, "Yeah, really. I have been crushing on you all year... but I thought you didnt like me..." Mel blushed and looked down at the floor before looking back up. She noticed that he was looking around the room but didnt think much of it. Her eyes widened and her blush grew as he kissed her cheek. Melek giggled but grew embarrassed that she had giggled at the kiss. Mel was as red as a cherry. She quickly leaned over and kissed his cheek as well before straightening up. Melek looked around, blushing still before glancing down at her bag.
