Ves finished lacing up the ridiculous skates, stood...and brushed leaves and dirt off her backside. A few years ago, she might have toppled over, falling to her knees...but yoga had been kind. She wasn't able to do anything fancy, of course...but staying upright was no issue. Ves could even skate backwards, something she'd always wanted to be able to do.
As she stepped out onto the ice, gliding forward, the Ravenclaw caught sight of a small, familiar face just off to the side of the now frozen lake. Kyroh! She beamed stupidly.

It was extremely cold outside.
But Kyroh couldn't stay inside forever. He had too much pent up energy from being inside all day long so he had taken to perfecting flips of all kinds. Front flips, back flips, handsprings. BASICALLY being stuck in Hogwarts was turning him into a gymnast. And it was fun and all, BUT he needed FRESH air.
Waddling outside in layers upon layers the brown haired boy made his way over to the lake because.....were kids standing on it? And....skating on it? He watched in slight awe before flopping down on the snow to watch them some more.
"Hey!" She called out to him. Her younger housemate was bundled up and looked cozy enough.
"You want to skate with me, Kyroh?"
Professor Flamsteed would be there soon enough; Ves had left him to get ready...and she was stupid excited about it...but she could split her focus. Kyroh was special like that.
"We'll get you some skates."
Ves bounced despite her own ice skates...Of course, if it came to transfiguring them, she wouldn't be much help. She glanced around for help. Who could do that deed for her?
