Trying to think of what a muggle would do in this situation, he simply got into a fetal position and started rocking back and forth. "Oh my whiskers, this is the end of days, isn't it?! IT'S THE END! GRAB YOUR LOVED ONES, SAY YOUR GOODBYES!" he cried.
Yeah, that's how muggles reacted to this stuff, right?
