Not needing to be told twice, Lux got into line behind Professor Botros as soon as possible. She did not want to be left behind, and maybe being in a group of people would make her feel a little warmer. You know body heat and all. Of course she didn't want to be set on fire, so it was very important for her to not hold her torch too close; but on the other hand, too far away wasn't good either.
Brrrr, it was so cold!
Bundling up tighter in her layers, Lux began the trek to the lake. There was a light snowfall and she was suffering. Winter was not her time of year. Could summer please arrive now? One thing for sure was that she would definitely need a cup of hot chocolate after this lesson. |
