Jasmine thought about the best way to divide up the remaining tasks. Turning to Cris, she said, "I can give the dough a try. "How about after that you poke some holes in the dough with a fork. Then you can drizzle the olive oil on it and sprinkle the garlic salt."

Jasmine put the pizza stone in front of them and removed the cover from the bowl containing the dough. She decided to go with the thick crust and forego the rolling pin. Taking the big ball of dough out of the bowl, she began to knead it. Pushing the dough forward with the heel of her hands, Jasmine then pulled it back toward her with her fingertips. Back and forth she went, kneading the dough over and over until she felt that it was ready.

Finally Jasmine began to spread the dough out and stretch it into a circular shape. Bigger and bigger she made it until it started to resemble a real pizza crust. Carefully pinching around the edges, Jasmine tried to finish off the pizza crust. There would be no tossing the crust, not by her anyway. She just saw that as a disaster waiting to happen so she left it alone. When she felt that she had done the best that she could, Jasmine turned it over to Cris. "It's all yours", she said. Then Jasmine stepped aside to let Cris take over?
