Caleb was feeling very confident with this spell. He wondered if they were going to be doing any actual dueling or anything this school year against other PEOPLE - he wanted to try and fight someone! Maybe his sister. Hehe.
"Reducto!" he exclaimed again, aiming at the dummy and slashing left to right as they had learned. This time, the dummy fell, but bounced back up again, like the first time he'd tried. Awww. That hadn't been as good as the last one.
With more intensity this time, he cried "Reducto!" and ran his wand through the air in front of the dummy. BOOM! Once again the dummy was thrown back against the wall. Grinning, he went to retrieve it once again.
