AJ just so happened to catch Cris's head shake no, and a snappy reply was JUST about to leave her mouth, but then something completely unexpected happened.
O.O Did the boy just fall over? What could he of even possibly tripped on? Her competitive nature wanted for her to just keep going because if you fell, it sucked sure, but all was fair when you raced. It was up to you to keep on your own two feet. AJ had to admit that she admired his roll. The boy fell with grace, that much was sure.
Blowing out air, her running stopped immediately. AJ turned around and offered Chris her hand.
"Nice save with the roll. You okay?" If she learned anything from all of the team sports she had played, it was that you never left a man behind.
