Cris quickly took down notes as Professor Hadley explained the difference. Yes!! They would be baking today, and Cris' first question was what. But he knew the answer to that question would discovered soon enough.

He had a question though and so he raised his hand,"Professor I've heard mention somewhere that the heat required to bake a specific recipe may have to be taken into account depending on which altitude you are at? What may require 300 degrees Celsius when baked high above sea level may end up being a different heat range at say sea level. Is that true or an old wives tale?"

Cris hoped that was a reasonable question to ask.

...and then he raised his hand again, "Um, Professor can we maybe bake a Chocolate Banana Filled cake too?"
