This was the perfect time for Emmylou to meet all of her professors and any other important people of Hogwarts. She wanted to get the first hand of introducing herself and it was always a good thing to do, it made the professors notice their students more and what students to look out for. If it wasn't for her Aunt Raeanne then she wouldn't have known that or even think about meeting any of her professors at all. Emmylou hoped she didn't seem like a professors little pet because she didn't want to be like it not that there was anything wrong with that at all but she just didn't know how to go about this meeting professors thing.

Emmylou loved history, she knew a lot about muggle history and everything that happened in America, some of what happened in Europe. Living in the south really shed a light on the good and bad history of the south and the north during the civil war but learning about the history of magic seemed like a lot of fun and she was so ready for it. Emmylou knocked on the professors ocffice door and took a seat on the hammock like sofa which was awesome!
