His question reminded her of why she'd left the Prefect's Compartment in the first place. "He pulled another disappearing act on me. Left him in the Prefect's Compartment to get something off the trolley and he was gone when I got back. I've been searching the train but he's good at hide 'n' seek." Unfortunately. "Good thing he's just as good at finding me. Reckon he'll turn up soon enough." If that sounded like an excuse it was because it was. She'd rather sit in here with him than go crawling around looking for a kneazle that was anything but lost.
Ugh, yes, his dorm bed. The one he spent most of last term on for certain reasons.
"If I sleep good on my bed later, you probably won't see me for an entire week. Gonna catch up on needed sleep," Jun was sure Lex'll manage a week without him. Lasted almost the entire summer like that. With the exceptions if the few visits they gave each other. He shrugged, not really caring if she sat there a while longer. But hopefully not the entire ride.
"Depends, will you get me more candy when I run out? I didn't bring my candy bag along," As in, it was in his trunk. Tucked neatly away with all the school stuff he needed. He hadn't had much craving for candy lately. But maybe should go back to that soon. Gonna need to stay awake for classes and homework again.
Jun nodded.
"He probably out trying to find other things to hide. Once he's done, he'll come and find you," And most likely be very proud of what he hid this time. Maybe it'll be a first year's wand. That'll be a fun search to watch. Rubbing his and putting his glasses back on, Jun wiggles a bit; kind of telling Lex to get up. The boy needed to stretch before he actually fell asleep on the train seats.
