Whatever. He didn't care. And blood beans were creepy but there was a COOL element to it, mkay?

Grayson watched the boy curiously, ready to see whether it was a blood bean or--

"OH MAN!" And here came the laughter. Chilli Powder! Man alive, that was much better than a blood bean. "Take it in, man. Breathe it out. Be the Dragon Boy you were born to be." He was probably humouring the boy but he didn't care. Was there another red bean in there? He glanced into the packet and started rummaging around. Come out wherever you are, red bean.
