The Hufflepuff surveyed the big selection of sweets, a look in his eyes not unlike that of a hungry wolf. He extracted the shopping bag full of regular muggle sweets, like toffees and sherbert and boiled sweets and everything, and dumped the contents onto the seat beside him.
At the mention of the bag, Toby grinned even wider. "same here! Well... my grandma put an Undetectable Extension Charm on my backpack so I could pack the rest of my clothes, and my pogo stick and broom, but there's a whole bunch of sweets in there too." Ehehehe.
Tobias was just about to comment on the fact that he was supposed to be laying off the junk food because if fitness, and the fact that he wasn't quite so good at keeping to that... when the door slammed open.
Seeing who it was, Toby beamed widely. He liked Mo. He was always so happy and friendly, what's not to like? Though of course, it took him only a few seconds to notice something was up, and the grin was wiped off his face. He kept quiet while Sophie spoke, because she'd know more about where Cat might be than him, but nodded enthusiastically when she invited Mo in.
"Yeah, come in if ya like! We've got loads of sweets to share," Toby piped up, in the friendliest way he could muster. Which was... really quite friendly. Sometimes Sophie tried really hard to roll her eyes at Toby's antics and tease him for being dumb when he really was funny, but this time she genuinely laughed with him. Mostly because she was just giddy that he was here and they were going back to school and they'd be getting to spend all sorts of time together all the time now.
Life was returning to normal, and Sophie couldn't have been happier.

She was even happier now that Mo was there - now all they needed was Cat,and Sophie'd be on cloud nine. She was content enough with just having her boys there for now, though, and sat up so Mo could sit down, then shifted the mound of candy from her lap to the seat in between them so he could shuffle through it.
He sure did seem sad about missing out on his snogging time, didn't he? Sophie flashed a grin at Tobes upon Mo even mentioning snogging, though, to gauge the kid's reaction. HEHEHE. SNOGGING. THEY 'WOULD UNDERSTAND SOME DAY.' Soph was thinking about kissing Tobes, now, and couldn't help but giggle. Too funny.
TOBY WAS A U17 SUPERSTAR. She beamed and wiggled in her seat in excitement at the mentioning of the Hufflepuff's brilliance until it was her turn to share. "M'summer's good, yeah," she answered for herself, still grinning stupidly at Toby. "Traveled a little with my mum, got to see Tobes here, got to see Cat - all that's missing was you, big guy." She nudged at him gently with an elbow and gave him a sad sort of smile. "Missed you." She had launched herself at him in a big hug, then, squishing some of the candy, but she didn't care. Mo hugs were important.
