Kurumi & Airey's Amortenia smells have changed and evolved over the years based on life experience and eventually love. Kurumi even had a smell that she was 'attracted to,' but then something happened that tainted the scent and it became a turn off and bad memory trigger, so it was replaced with something else
Airey's just changed recently
Oohhh Amortentia stufff... I agree with this, and this has been my experience too. It changes, time, experience, changing desires... all that jazz.
