Well..... Derek carried on climbing down the rope Aron had casted and did ponder for a few seconds whether or not to take that iron thing the other man had sent down. A clip or whatever. For a few seconds Derek considered i he wanted to 'help' or not, but ended up going for it. You never knew what could happen anyway.

When he inally reached the bottom, so let go of the rope, unattached himself from the other iron thing and pulled out his wand. He was partially alert to whatever could happen, but he was no Auror and, truth be told, he just wanted to ind his lab.

Derek looked around at the... nothingness - apparentl - and... well, just kept looking around, really. What else was there to do now?

Could he go check on his lab?
