Derek waited until all of the people were out before he went down in the roofless phone booth. The others were doing their own things as they dealt with Muggles, cleaned around and whatnot, so the lab technician didn't bother about those things.
Once he was inside, he quickly scanned the booth, especially its floor and pulled out the vial of acid he had brought with him. He did take into consideration the fact the boot was repelling magic, so he would have to be careful about this acid the Muggle way. He put on his gloves he had just pulled out of his pocket and double checked his shoes. Merlin, with such good acid like this and not being able to use magic, he would have to become a juggler or something in order not to be affected.
.....He would look ridiculous, but well.
After making sure the others weren't looking straight down at him and were still going about doing their business, Derek lifted his left foot and placed it on one of the corners between two walls, at the same level as his waist. His right foot was still firm on the ground near the wall he was now leaning against, but it was not taking all his weight. So, stretching his left arm as he planted his right palm on the wall in front of him, the former Gryffindor started to pour the corrosive acid on the floor of the booth.
