Bad idea.
While the spell succeeded in giving everyone inside fresh air to breathe, it did that and then some. The entire top blew off, sending bits of metal and wood everywhere. As an unfortunate consequence, it also drew passing by muggle attention thanks to the noise and debris.
Seems likes those Muggle Repelling Charms may have been blasted away as well. Whoops.
