"I can't wait! We haven't done something like in ages, it feels like we're always so busy," Airi said, bringing out her quill and day planner (Of course she had a day planner, why wouldn't she, they were incredibly helpful) and happily marked the date. This would be exactly what the two young girls needed, an escape from school, the boys and a chance to be girly and not be judged for it.

"Hmm... well, Luc and my mother will both be gone next weekend, so we could stay at my place... Or we could stay at the Three Broomsticks? That'd probably be a lot of fun, what do you think?" Airi asked, a pleased grin lighting up her features. All thoughts of Victor and Robert completely wiped from her head.


It seemed it was Ned's turn to be surprised that morning as Victor not only refrained from taking the Mickey out of him, but actually offered him up a sincere wish of good luck, and for a moment, a brief, glimmering moment, Ned felt himself filling up with brotherly affection for the taller boy. He was about to wholehearted thank his oldest friend when, not even a minute later, Victor very coldly threatened his eternal happiness.
So much for the warm fuzzies.

"Huh, yeah totally...." Ned said, swallowing nervously, ignoring the shiver that ran down his spine at the Italian boy's chilled words. Even with his encouraging smile, Ned didn't feel much better, in fact, he might have felt worst, he really would have to be on his best be behavior tonight. "I wouldn't jeopardize our friendship like that, come on Vic, I'm not a total pig," Ned said with a short laugh, feeling a little better now that there were so many witnesses around.

Searching about the Hall, Ned was met with the pleasant sight of a very pleased looking Vianna talking excitedly with Airi, obviously he couldn't guess what the girls were speaking about, but he (optimistically) supposed it was about the date.
"Should we pop over and say hello?" Ned cheekily asked, all prior anxiety forgotten, one thing you could say for the boy, he bounced back quick.
